Well i have just dropped the Ally off to have the Air con fixed that they said they had fixed before i bought it. Hmmm.

 

Anyway you should see the hire car they dumped sorry i mean leant to me.

 

A nice purple Nisaan Micra (P reg) with the CVT auto box

The funniest part of all was the fact that my 7 year old daughter was mortified.

I havnt laughed so much in ages

It made the trip home great fun

As it turned out its not a bad drive at all really (if your into that sort of thing)

 

just hope they get the Ally sorted

They seem to think the condensor is leaking.

 

I took out a warranty with the car but i dont see why i should have to use it because i reported the fault to them before i bought it and that was part of the deal.

 

Do you think i am right to make them do it?

yep..if it was a fault reported before you bought it and they were supposed to fix it..i reckon it should be at their cost.

BLOODY RIGHT YOU GET THEM TO DO IT,they entered a contract with you saying they would fix it b4 you took delivery of the car,THEY WERE PROBERBLY HOPING YOU WOULDN'T NOTICE :) :P tough t**s on them i say,and keep going back to them if its not done properly.

 

ive got to take my car back to the people who(allegedly fixed the aux heater)there going to see if its the unit thats gone ti*ts up or if theres another problem with the car,and if its another problem it will be going back to the supplying dealer to sort out and i will keep going back until its sorted.

 

STICK TO YOUR GUNS and make sure theres nothing else wrong with the car whilst under warranty.

Well what a suprise, here i am at 16:45 and no phone call to say the Ally is ready for collection sir.

 

Starting to wonder what they have found wrong with now.

 

Pain in the arse tho cos if i have to collect it tommorow its my daughters birthday and are going out for a meal.

Thought about that but i REALLY REALLY do not want to go out now in rush hour in Bristol with two bored kids and one purple Nissan Micra (Automatic)

We had the dubious pleasure of a Micra while Skoda was being straightened. It a car designed/put together in a Fisher-Price factory, completely useless pile of shite and drank petrol like a Rolls Royce.

Just phoned them up to see where my car had got to

 

 

Ah well sir, its like this

 

We changed the condenser because thats where the leak on your air con was

 

But it wasnt.

 

When we re gassed the system we noticed the leak was from the compressor.

 

So they are now have way thro fitting a new compressor.

 

So give it a bit longer i should have a complete new AC system at this rate.

The air con is cold enough to make an eskimo shiver

 

Got a nice new condensor and compresor so cant complain.

 

i dont know how much the parts would cost but i bet they aint cheap.

 

Anyone got any ideas ?
